Property -

Name of Property

Parcel Count - The number of tax accounts (parcels) associated with the property

Current Value - The most current total value for the property

*Tax Amount - The estimated amount of taxes due

*Savings - The estimated amount of tax savings

Loc Code – Location code of the property (if applicable)

Company - The legal ownership or trust name associated with the property

Pending - Current values for all parcels under a property are still under review

Final - Current values for all parcels under a property are finalized
